In the prehistoric times when encapsulated medicine were still not available, the prehistoric human beings would cure their sicknesses with herbal medicines. In fact, today, much of modern medicine was derived from the healing properties of some compounds found in these plants.Medicinal plants are available and way cheaper than readily prepared drugs. So why don't we try making an industry out of this? Like the Equal and SweetnLow that is commonly used in America, a plant native to Paraguay is also used as a sweetener to replace sugar. The native stevia plant is used to sweeten all kinds of food like bread, seafood, vegetables, and other things. And unlike Equal and SweetnLow Stevia has not been thought to cause cancer. Its safety has been supported with much testing. Link: [link]
