You just can't intelligently go to a foreign land and proclaim you know the laws of that land. That's just ridiculous. You need help. You need professional help. In the case of Paraguay, you will need the help of the law firm of Peroni, Sosa, Tellechea, Burt, and Narvaja.Find out more related information about them here. Paraguay has about 5 1/2 million people, Asuncion has about one millions of those people living there. It is a catastrophe for 400 people to die in one day, aside from the infamous wars they've held with neighbors Uruguay, Bolivia, Brazil, and Argentina. Everyone knew someone in the fire, and everyone was in mourning.Link: My heart's in Accra » The View from Asuncion
